Al-Mughni Part 7, is a manuscript of Hanbali jurisprudence. It was written by Ibn Qudamah, Abdullah bin Ahmed, who died in 620 AH, and was copied by Abd al-Rahman bin Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Nasser in the Naskh script in the fourteenth century AH. The number of papers was 298, and number of lines was 25, with a size of 23.5 x 18 cm. Beginning of the manuscript: (Marriage Book. Marriage in Sharia is a marriage contract. When the word is pronounced, it refers to marriage, unless otherwise is proved based on an evidence. Al kady said:
The term refers to both the contract and sexual intercourse.). End of the manuscript: ...chapter and expressions of khul' are divided into explicit and implicit, and explicit divorce shall be three words. It cannot be a metaphor, except with the intention of the one who uttered it, so it is divorce also because it is intentionally a metaphor for divorce. It was a divorce if it was without compensation.
If the person does not mean divorce by such word, then the two versions can apply, the part is completed. This manuscript is corresponding and corrected and black ink was used in writing.
