Kashf al-Qinaa ean Aliaqnae (third version) (P1) is a manuscript classified within the Hanbali fiqh by its author, Al-Bahooti, Mansour bin Yunus bin Salah al-Din, who died in 1051 AH. It was copied by Ismail bin Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Nabulsi Al-Labadi on Friday, the first of Dhul-Qa’dah 1118 AH. The number of papers was 234 sheets, the number of lines was 37, and the size was 30 × 20 cm. The author finished this part in Rabi’ al-Awal 1046 AH, and this is a precious copy that the transcriber copied from the copy of his sheikh Abi al-Mawahib. The trascriber indicated that he wrote this part after he wrote the second and third parts, on the margins of which are some explanations, and inside it, are nine papers written in a different font. On the title sheet, the possession of Muhammad bin Hassan Al-Bahili, dated on 26 Muharram 1286 AH, written by Abdullah bin Hussein Al-Makhdhoub, then an endowment for Al-Jawhara bint Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Suleiman bin Abdul Wahhab for her son Muhammad bin Hassan Al-Bahili - after his death - on the students of knowledge and made the consideration of it to Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman bin Touq and Issa bin Abdullah bin Akkas, dated 8 Shawwal 1295 AH, then joined the books of Abdullah bin Omar bin Duhaish, and after that to Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Latif. The explanation was written in black ink and body in red ink.
