Manuscript Description:

SHARH ALAQIDA AL'ASFAHANIA is a manuscript classified under the science of faith. It was written by Ibn Taymiyyah, Ahmed bin Abdul Halim bin Abdul Salam, who died in 728 AH. It was copied by Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Baghdadi in the Naskh handwriting on Friday, 2 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1329 AH in Baghdad. The number of papers is 65 paper, the number of lines is 33 line, and the size is 29 x 20.5. cm. Beginning of the manuscript: (Sheikh al-Islam was asked to explain the doctrine arranged by Al-Isfahani, which is truly praise be to Allah. He, may Allah be pleased with him, replied, “Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.” This speech tells us that the world has a Creator, and that He exists by Himself...) End of the manuscript: (Chapter Seven, if his truthfulness is proven in everything, he talks about Allah Almighty... Thus, it is obligatory to believe what he told, even if that was not from the Qur’an. Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal of the Messengers of Allah, Muhammad, and all his family and companions.). This is a copy that Sheikh Mahmoud Shukri Al-Alusi corrected and made an index for. At the end of it, he wrote a translation of Sheikh Al-Islam and Al-Isfahani. It was written in black ink and the red ink was used as a separator and to distinguish some words. It wasin the hands of Ali Hamad Al-Salihi.
