Manuscript Description
The precision of the rulings in the hadiths of the master of humankindIt is a manuscript classified within the sciences of hadith. It was copied by Abdullah bin Hassan bin Al-Fakhouri using the Naskh script, on the 22nd of Jumada Al-Ula 797 AH. The number of sheets reached 203 sheets, the number of lines: 25, size: 25 x 17.5 cm. The manuscript begins with: (Praise be to God, enlightening insights with the realities of His knowledge, and illustrating thoughts, treasuries of subtle minutes... As for what follows, when knowledge was the most honorable thing created in existence, and the dearest that God bestows upon His servants and with generosity...) and ends with: (Scholars differed regarding Debtor sale...Malik, may God have mercy on him, also says about the permissibility of selling it in the religion according to the details mentioned in his doctrine and the doctrine of al-Shafi’i, may God have mercy on him, that it is permissible to sell it, and God knows best what is right and to Him is the reference and the correct one.) It is considered a precious and important copy, in addition to being a copy of the author's original in several councils. On the margins, corrections and interviews were proven, in the first of which is an index of the chapters of the book, and on the title paper, Abi Al-Saud Ibn Dhahirah owned, Abdul Qadir bin Ali owned, and Ahmed Buhajla owned, all of which are undated. In the margins came some comments that were subjected to the clipping of the volume, and they have traces of earth…It was also restored in the past by pasting paper tapes on the places of wear, and was written using black ink, and book heads, doors and hadiths were written in red, and its binding of cardboard covered with green leather decorated with compressed decorations dating back to a late period.
