Manuscript Description

The selected from the hadiths of rulings (third version) is a manuscript classified within the sciences of hadith. Written by Ibn Taymiyyah Abd al-Salam ibn Abdullah ibn Al-Khidr, who died in 652 AH. It was copied by al-Husayn ibn al-Qasim on 17 Jumada al-Ula 1095 AH, using the Naskh font. The number of sheets was 163, the number of lines was 32, and the size was 29 x 19.5 cm. It is a copy full of explanations and comments and read by a scholar in Yemen. It bears a stamp of Abdullah bin Hamad bin Mazrou’, dated 1259 AH, and other properties that are not clear. Imam Abdullah bin Faisal moved it to endowment, and it bears traces of wetness and dirt. It was also written using black ink, and what is to be distinguished was written in red.
