HASHIAT ALI ALMOKNEA’ (P.3) is a manuscript classified within the Hanbali jurisprudence, written by Al-Sheikh, Suleiman bin Abdullah bin Muhammad, who died in 1233 AH. It was copied by Abd al-Rahman ibn Abdullah ibn Hamoud al-Tuwaijri in the Naskh script on Friday, Rabi` al-Awwal 27, 1365 AH. The number of its papers is 292 paper, the number of lines is 26 line, and the size is 25 x 17 cm. Beginning of the manuscript: “Marriage is a Sunnah. The basic principle in its legality is the Holy Quran, the Sunnah, and consensus. As for the Holy Quran, it is Allah Almighty’s saying: “So marry as many women as you like...etc.”. As for the Sunnah, he, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Hey young people...” End of the manuscript: Even if he says to him, I owe a thousand dirhams, except for a dirham, etc., this is the doctrine, because the Arabs are not excluding from proof except for gender... This is the view of Malik and al-Shafi’i, because the exception in their view is valid without gender, and this is the last of what I found from the original. The transcriber and his brother, Sheikh Hammoud, shared its matching and correction. It was in the hands of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Latif. Black ink was used in writing, and what is to be distinguished was written in red.
