Libraries have always played an active role in spreading knowledge and cultures, as they are the best witness to the prosperity and progress of nations. Given the community's need for libraries as civilized platforms that provide them with knowledge, we at the Libraries Commission seek to supervise, organize, and transform libraries into a cultural resource for all segments of society as well as a key source of scientific research and studies of all kinds.
