Manuscript Description:

Al-Eqnaa' Le Taleb Al-Entefaa' (second Edition) is a manuscript classified into Hanbali jurisprudence for its author Hijjawi, Musa bin Ahmed bin Musa, who died in 968 hijri. And copied by Abdullah bin Suleiman bin Ahmed in Al Naskh Font on Friday 16 Shawwal 1091 hijri. Number of papers: 177+149; number of lines: 29; Size: 30.5 x 20 cm. And this is An important copy in two parts, on the margins of it there are many explanations copied from (Shorouh Al-Eqnaa’) and from (Al-Insaaf) and other books of the doctrine, its first papers are corroded at the edges and restored by placing adhesive tapes, on the first of which Muhammad bin Fawzan made an endowment, then Imam Abdul Aziz endowed and it was reviewed by Al-Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Latif and inside it (page 130 from the first part) An acknowledgment was made by the transcriber selling the book to Suleiman bin Said, the author of the acknowledgment, and Muhammad bin Ahmed al-Qusayr, one of Ushaiger’s scholars, witnessed it.
Black ink was used in writing, and red was used for the heads of sections and chapters, and its binding is recent.
