Manuscript Description:
AlZukhr AlHarir Bsharh Mokhtasr AlTahrir is a manuscript in Jurisprudence principles. It was written by Ahmed bin Abdullah Al-Ba'li, who died in 1189 Hijiri. It was copied by Farraj bin Sabiq Al-Athary Al- Hanbali on Safar 9, 1245 Hijiri. The number of papers was 95, the number of lines was 35, and the size 21 × 16 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to God, who comfort our chests for His wisdom, and enlightened our hearts with Islam... And after... When I saw the book marked with Mukhtasar Al-Tahrir by Sheikh... Ibn Al-Najjar Al-Futuhi... containing many rules and benefits... I wanted to give it a brief explanation that would be easy to read...) and the end of the manuscript: (Then I combined some of them together, and things happened that are almost impossible to limit, its author said, and this is the last thing that God Almighty has facilitated of editorial… And may God's prayers be upon our master Muhammad, the seal of the prophets and the leader of the messengers, and all his family and companions). And this is a good copy written in a precise handwriting, there are missing pages inside it, the transcriber stopped it, and made consideration of him in his life, and then to whomever God willed after him, then the book became in the hands of Sheikh Muhammad bin Nasser Al-Dayl dated Rajab 1275 Hijiri, he took it from the heritage of Sheikh Ahmed Al-Obaid Allah, and it has his seal. The transcriber translated for the author in the first paper and mentioned that one of the people who benefited from his author Sheikh Ibrahim bin Jadid, and its binding is modern of cardboard covered with green fabric.
