Manuscript Description:

Bayan al-Idil wa al-Tahlil is a manuscript classified Under the Hanbali jurisprudence by its author, Ibn Taymiyyah, Ahmad ibn Abd al-Halim ibn Abd al-Salam, who died in 728 Hijiri. It was transcribed by Suleiman bin Abdul Aziz bin Damgh in Al-Naskh font script on 23 Dhul-Hijjah 1275 Hijiri. The number of papers was 152, the number of lines was 23, and the size of 22.5 x 16.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, the King of the Day of Judgment, and praise be to Allah, whom the creations cannot praise him enough, praise be to him as He praised Himself... As for what follows... And when we ended our discussion in studying jurisprudence to the issues of conditions in marriage... And the specifics that it deserved appeared. And this original copy is compared to a readable copy of the author, which has traces of wetness, at its beginning mentioned the possession of Abd al-Rahman ibn Bishr, which is not clear and barely read.
