Manuscript Description:

GHAYAT ALMUNTAHAA FI JAME AL'IIQNAE walmuntahaa is Manuscript classified under the Hanbali jurisprudence. It was written by Mari Al-Karmi, Mari bin Yusuf bin Abi Bakr, who died in1033 AH. It was transcribed by Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Sultan in the Naskh script on Monday, 2 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1038 AH. The number of papers is 150 paper, the number of lines is 34 line, and the size is 29.5×19 cm. Beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to Allah because of His grace, and blessings be upon Muhammad and his family. The poor servant said, praise be to whom is grateful to his beloved Ahmed (The messenger of Allah), So he extinguished the fire of polytheism and put it out. Most of our imams, may Allah have mercy on them, have been more concerned with fiqh than classification.) End of the manuscript: (... And one of them obligates and appoints him, even if he recognized an orchard that included trees... And do not lord it over us who does not have mercy on us, Amen. Its author said. “I put all my energy and effort into this collection ... He is gracious, kind, generous, and generous). This is a precious and important copy. It was quoted from a copy matched with the author's original which was completed in the Al-Azhar Mosque in 1026 AH. Perhaps it is the copy sent to Ushaiqer scholars from the author mentioned by some sources. And the one who matched it is Sheikh Suleiman bin Ali, the famous scholar of Najd. Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab found on the sidelines many explanations and comments in different fonts. The paper of the title contains some signatures. Signature of Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Tuwaijri dated 1155 AH, signature of Muhammad Al-Fadaghi and another signature of Ahmed bin Muhammad Saeed Safar Al-Madani. And it has a waqf whose ends have been eroded. The transcriber wrote a copy of the author’s license, Mar’i bin Yusuf, for Sheikh Abanmi bin Abdullah bin Rajeh. At the end of it, several poetic distinctions for the book of “ALGHAIA”. The first is for Sheikh Al-Islam Ahmed Al-Bakri, Sheikh Ahmed Al-Maqri, Sheikh Abdul Rahim ibn Mahasin Al-Dimashqi, Sheikh Abi Al-Mawahib Al-Siddiqi, and Sheikh Mahmoud Effendi, the military judge in Egypt. Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Musa al-Hamdan al-Hanbali wrote these distinctions on the 18th of Jumada al-Thani 1283 AH.
