(Kinz al-Amal fi Sunan al-A’laal (Vol. 3) is a manuscript classified under the sciences of hadith, by its author Ali al-Muttaki, Ali bin Abdul-Malik Husam al-Din, who died in 975 hijiri. It was transcribed by Muhammad Yaqoub al-Dahlawi in Nasta’liq font script in the early fourteenth century AH. The number of papers reached 133, the number of lines is 39, size 36.5 x 23.5 cm. The manuscript begins with: (It was mortgaged, and Laban al-Dur is drunk with its benefit if it was mortgaged... The Book of Mortgage from the Department of Actions on the authority of Umar about a man who pledges a mortgage and is forfeited, he said: If the mortgage is from what he pledged, then it is the oath...) And it ends with: (... The wind, on the authority of Amer bin Wathila, on the authority of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: The wind sends torment... On the authority of Aisha, she said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, never saw a cloud but his color fades until its cleared or the rain came. God knows best.)
