Nazm Al-Wajeez

Manuscript Description:

Nazm Al-Wajeez is a manuscript classified within the Hanbali jurisprudence. Written by Abu Al-Fath Nasrallah bin Ahmad Al-Tastari Al-Baghdadi, who died in the year 812 Hijiri. It was transcribed by Abd al-Wahhab ibn Musa ibn Abd al-Qadir ibn Rashid ibn Bareed ibn Musharraf al-Tamimi al-Hanbali in the Naskh script on Saturday 8 Dhu al-Hijjah 988 AH. The number of sheets reached 164 sheets, and the number of lines: 19-22, with a size of 23 x 16.5 cm. The manuscript begins with: (Praise be to God, who has bestowed His grace and kindness upon us. And gave us the virtue to follow the path of Islam and know what is permissible and what is forbidden...) and ended with: (Nazemh Al-Raji from God, his satisfaction and acceptance, God’s victory and support; ...Allah Almighty accept from them and increase his contentment with them). It is a precious copy, perhaps it was written in Najd, its transcriber meets with Sheikh Muhammad bin Abd al-Wahhab in Rashid bin Burid, and the copy is corresponding and mixed with letters, it has traces of light wetness, black ink was used in writing.
