Manuscript Description:

Nihayat Al-Menhaj Bsharh Al-Minhaj (P.1) is a manuscript classified under Shafi'i jurisprudence. It was written by Al-Ramli, Ahmed bin Hamza Al-Ramli, who died in 957 AH. reproduced by Hajji bin Mohammed Hajji using naskh script on in 1245 Hijiri. The number of papers: 325 paper, size: 21x 30 cm, and the number of lines reached 36-32 lines. The manuscript begins with: (Praise be to Allah, who has built the pillars of his glorious Shari’a with his religion’s approch, and established the tolerant branches of Hanifiyyah with his rulings... The sciences, even if they grow in honor and rise in the heavens... There is no doubt that jurisprudence is the most important element of them...) and ends with: (... the judiciary in its linguistic meaning, which is the performance, and it is under the excuse ... and in accordance to Sunnah, to start when entering the nearest mosque and pray two Raka’ah in it with the intention of the advent prayer ... And Allah- the Almighty- knows best what is right and to Him is the reference and the return..) This part represents the first quarter of the book, and there was only a piece of this copy from the beginning and a piece from the end, so the one who completed the book, between p. 105 and p. 585, wrote in a different handwriting, and the transcriber who completed it is Issa bin Humaid al-Washahi in 1294 AH.

This part represents the first quarter of the book, and there was only a piece of this copy from the beginning and a piece from the end, so the one who completed the book, between p. 105 and p. 585, wrote in a different handwriting, and the transcriber who completed it is Issa bin Humaid al-Washahi in 1294 AH. It has seals of endowment and the possession of Muhammad bin Ahmed bin Imran. Both black ink and red was used ink in writing.
