Manuscript Description:

(Tazkaret Owly Alalbab Walgamea’ lla’gab Ala’ogab (P1)) is a manuscript classified under the sciences of medicine. It was written by Dawood bin Omar al-Antaki, who died in 1008 Hijiri. Salih al-Nussi copied it in the Naskh script on the eighteenth of Safar 1058 AH. The number of papers was 239, and the number of lines was 23, with a size of 21 x 15 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: (Glory be to You, O Creator of the materials of beings in a precedent, and the inventor of the images of beings in the most perfect order and arrangement...) and the end of the manuscript: (Abyssinian olives. It is said that the wild bitch is the olive of the children of Israel, the stone of the Jews, the dusty linden, the oil of flax, and Allah knows best what is right, and to Him is the reference and the return.) With black ink and some phrases in red, with a commentary, in the first of which is interest registers, and owned in the first and last in the name of Prince Ibrahim Chalabi Ibn Azid Bey and his seal, and then owned by Muhammad Sharif Al-Bilaidi in the year 1141 Hijiri with the value of diwan silver with a deleted number. The paper has watermarks, the brochures are disassembled, some words are in exact form, and there is a registers on the cover page (which is three parts, the first of which is followed by the second part which is in vocabulary and the third part is related to treatment.).
