AL-EKMAL FE RAFE' ARED ALESBAT AN ALMO'TALEF WAL MOKHTALEF MN ALASMAA WAL KENA WAL ANSAB is a manuscript in the science of Interpretation. It was written by Ibn Makula, Ali bin Hebat Allah bin Ali, who died in 475 Hijiri and this manuscript was copied in vocalized recital Naskh in the thirteenth century AH. The number of papers was 165, the number of lines was 27, and the size 29 × 20.5 cm. It was owned by Zain Al-Abidin bin Saeed Al-Mashwfi, then it was owned by Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Saif, dated 1245 Hijiri, then it was owned by Muhammad bin Hassan Al-Bahili by purchasing it, and Ahmed bin Ahmed Al-Rambani witnessed it and wrote the text of the sale as witnessed by Abdullah bin Hussein Al-Mukhtasar dated 1286 Hijiri. After Al-Bahili’s death, his mother Al-Jawhara bint Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Suleiman bin Abdul-Wahhab endowed this copy and other of his books for her son on the condition that it should not be loaned for more than two months and that he should not leave the country of Al-Ahsa', and made the consideration of that to Ibrahim bin Abdul Rahman??????... for Issa bin Abd Al-Ilah bin Akkas, dated 1295 Hijiri.
