Al-Mughani (p.2)

Manuscript Description:

Al-Mughani (p.2) is a manuscript classified under Hanbali jurisprudence. It was written by Ibn Qudamah, Abdullah bin Ahmed, who died in 620 AH. It was reproduced using naskh on the beginning of the 14th century AH. The number of papers: 224 paper, size: 17 x 24.5 cm, and the number of lines reached 25 lines. The manuscript begins with: (The Chapter titled “If he builds a mosque in the cemetery between the graves, then his ruling is the same because it does not go beyond being in the cemetery, and Qatadah narrated…) and ends with: (.The Chapter titled “It is permissible to spend on the quorum on which zakat is obligatory, by selling, giving, and other various types of exchanges… and due to forfeiting their rights, it must be rescinded because the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said, “There should be neither harm nor malice.”) There are corrections on the sidelines. Black ink was used in writing, and it has the endowment seal of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Latif.
