ALBADR ALTALE' FE HAL GAME' ALGWAME' is a manuscript on the principles of jurisprudence. It was written by Jalaluddin Al-Mahali, Mohammed bin Ahmed bin Mohammed, who died in 864 Hijiri and was copied in the Naskh script on Wednesday, 19 Rabi` al-Awwal 1049 Hijiri. The number of papers was 173, the number of lines was 25, and the size was 20 x 14 cm. At the end of this manuscript, there is an obliterated correspondence dated 1051 Hijiri, on the margins are corrections and some comments. At the beginning of it there is an ownership of Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Udhayb, and another ownership is the oldest, which is obliterated, in which he bought it at a known price from Sana’a. Black ink was used for the explanation, and the red for the text.
