Almughani (Part 1)

Manuscript Description:

Almughani (Part 1) in Hanbali Fiqh Written by Ibn Qudamah, Abdullah bin Ahmed, who died in 620 AH. It was copied in Naskh font in 14th century AH. The number of papers was 276 sheets, the number of lines was varied, and the size was 22 × 17 cm. Beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to God, the Creator of people, the Forgiver of sins, the Knower of the hidden... After that: Then I saw that according to the brief explanation of Abu al-Qasim... Al-Kharqi, may God have mercy on him, because it is a blessed book. We make the explanation arranged according to its issues and chapters...) End of the manuscript: (Chapter: if he prays on a mattress, a bathroom, a camel’s indentation, or something else… or in a cemetery, so dust occurred around it, and prayer was not forbidden in it without a dispute, because it did not follow what happened after, and God knows best). More than one copyist has succeeded in writing, and the copy is matched and corrected, and from it the book was printed at the expense of King Abdul Aziz, may God have mercy on him, and the reference to that came in this part and the following parts, and it was arranged to the twelfth part, noting that the copy with its parts is fabricated dating back to different periods of time. Some of the papers in this part were missing in some lines as a result of cutting the volume for them. Black ink was used in writing and the headings of the chapters and chapters were written in red.
