Almughani (Part 4) is a manuscript classified within Hanbali Fiqh by its author, Ibn Qudamah, Abdullah ibn Ahmad, who died in 620 AH. It was copied by Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Nasir in Naskh font on Monday 12 Ramadan 1338 AH. The number of papers was 185 sheets, the number of lines was 27, and the size was 22 × 19cm. Beginning of the manuscript: (issue, he says, Allahu Akbar and La Alih Ala Allah, and pray with Duaa until sunset, and it is desirable to a lot of remembrance of God Almighty and Duaa on the Day of Arafah, for it is a day on which an answer is hoped...) End of the manuscript: (... Chapter: If a dhimmi lends him wine, then one or both of them embraced Islam, the loan is void, and the borrower is not obligated to do anything, and therefore he does not guarantee it if he destroys it. If the other Muslim is not obligated to do anything for that, he recites the mortgage book.) This copy is matched and corrected, written by the transcriber with the reference of his Sheikh Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al-Anqari, he used black ink in writing.
