Manuscript Description:

Altahqiq fi Ahadith al-Ta’liq is a manuscript classified under the sciences of hadith. Written by Ibn al-Jawzi, Abd al-Rahman bin Ali bin Muhammad, who died in the year 597 Hijiri. It was transcribed in Al-Naskh font script in the seventh century AH. The number of papers was 252, the number of lines was 21, and the size of 24.5 x 16.5 cm. The manuscript begins with: “I praise God for the synonymous blessings, and I thank Him for the condensed generosity. Praise be to him. With that said, this is a book in which we mention our point of view on issues of disagreement..". And the end of the manuscript: (.. The question of religion prevents the obligation of zakat.. The second hadith by Abd al-Baqi. He said, Abu al-Qasim told us.. I heard Othman bin Affan say, “This is a month. Whoever has a debt, must pay it, and pay Alzakat for the rest of your money.) It is also a precious copy that includes the first part of the book, devoid of traces of time, except the tears of the last of its papers. It belongs to Nasrallah bin Ali bin Abdul Rashid bin Ali, undated, and an unclear ownership, dated 803 AH, and the ownership of Abdul Aziz bin Hassan bin Mazrou’, dated in 1263 AH, then Hassan bin Abdul-Aziz bin Mazrou’ made the book a Waqf (charitable trust) for the students of knowledge and looked into it for his sister Haya bint Abdul-Aziz bin Mazrou’, dated 1305 AH. He wrote at the bottom of the first paper the word “Baghdadi”, and what is in the manuscript of paper and calligraphy indicates its Baghdadi origins, Black ink was used in writing.
