Manuscript Description:

HASHIAT ALI ALMOKNAA’ (P.1) is a manuscript classified within the Hanbali jurisprudence, written by Al-Sheikh, Suleiman bin Abdullah bin Muhammad, who died in 1233 AH. The transcriber suggested that the footnote is attributed to Sheikh Suleiman bin Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh because the font of the copy which was copied from it is similar to the handwriting of Sheikh Suleiman and because it was originally not attributed to anyone. The footnote is summarized from AL SHARH AL KABEER, AL MOBDEA’, and Al INSAF. This copy has been matched to its original. It was corrected by Sheikh Hamoud bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri, the brother of the transcriber. Black ink was used in writing, and what is to be distinguished was written in red. This copy was in the hands of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Latif.
