(Hashyt Ala Alfrwe) is a manuscript classified under the Hanbali jurisprudence. Its author was Taqi al-Din Abi Bakr bin Ibrahim Ibn Kundus, who died in 861 Hijiri. It was transcribed by Abd al-Aziz bin Othman bin Abdullah bin Othman bin Najim in Al-Naskh font script on Thursday, 14 Dhul-Hijjah 1256 Hijiri. This copy is precious and important, as the transcriber copied it from a copy in the handwriting of Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Bassam written in 1055 AH. He copied it from a copy in the handwriting of Abd al-Rahman bin Muhammad al-Askari written in the year 876 Hijiri and This copy was found corresponding by Sheikh Othman bin Mansour and was completed in Safar 1257 A.H. We find some comments on it in his handwriting, and we found an obliterated acquisition that can be read by Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Othman bin Abdul Jabbar. He used black ink in writing and what is to be distinguished was written in red.
