(The Interpretation of Surat Al-Ikhlas) is a manuscript classified under the sciences of the Qur’an. Written by Ibn Taymiyyah, Ahmed bin Abdul Halim bin Abdul Salam, who died in the year 728 Hijiri. It was transcribed in Al-Naskh font script on Sunday, 4 Rabi’ al-Akhir, 1284 Hijiri. The number of papers is: 101, the number of lines is 22, and the size is 22 x 15.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to Allah, whom we seek His help, and we seek His forgiveness… A chapter on the interpretation of “Say: He is Allah, the One and Only..." Our ancestors have several sayings about the name Samad. The one may think that they are different but they are not.) And the end of the manuscript: (... This is a newborn that dies, even if he inherited from someone else what he has, if he dies, someone else inherits him, and Allah Almighty is alive and does not die and is not bequeathed, glory be to Him and he shall be exalted above what the wrongdoers say." It also has the endowment of of Daleel Bint Talal Al-Rasheed on it, dated 1300 AH. Black ink was used in writing, and red was used for what is intended to be distinguished.
