(Nahayat al-Mujtahid wa Kifayat al-Muqtassid (P1) is a manuscript classified under the principles of jurisprudence by its author, Ibn Rushd, Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Muhammad (the grandson), who died in the year 595 Hijiri. It was transcribed in Al-Naskh font script on Sunday, perhaps 17 Dhul-Hijjah 1169 AH. The number of papers reached 109, and the number of lines 30, size 31.5 x 21.5 cm. The beginning of the manuscript: (Praise be to Allah with all His praises, and blessings be upon Muhammad, His Noble Messenger, and his family and companions. My purpose in this book is to prove what is going on in the course of the principles and rules...) And the end of the manuscript: ... The second sentence on the use of forbidden things in case of necessity, and the basis in this section is the Almighty's saying, "And He has showed you what is forbidden to you, except what you are forced to do." And others went with the opinion of the permissibility of the first part.)
