... A chapter on penance for an oath. The Sheikh, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said that it is collected by choice and arranged. The basis for penance for an oath is the Holy Quran and Sunnah... Ibn Umar, Ataa and Tawus said... A dress is sufficient, and they did not differentiate between a man and a woman. It was narrated that is said by al-Hasan.

General Notes:

An antique copy missing the last part, representing the eighth volume, on the title sheet mentioned the chapters of the book in possession of Muhammad bin Yunus al-Qudsi, dated 844AH, and possession by which the insects destroyed, and another obliterated. On the second paper the possession of Zaid bin Muhammad al-Sulaiman, it has traces of stains and on the margin some comments, uses in writing a black ink, some words highlighted in red.
