SHARH ALMUQANAA’ (P. 3)

Manuscript Description:

SHARH AL MOKANAA’ (P.2) is a manuscript classified within the Hanbali jurisprudence. It was written by Ibn Qudamah, Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad, who died in 682 AH. It was copied in Naskh script in the eighth century AH. The number of papers is 317 paper, the number of lines is 23 line, and the size is 25 x 18. cm. Beginning of the manuscript: The Book of Rites, the issue of “Hajj and Umrah are obligatory once in a lifetime with five conditions”. Hajj in language means going to the destination. Al Khalil said, “Hajj means the frequent going to the thing you hold in honor.” The poet said.... End of the manuscript: (... Exchange means selling cash for cash, and it is invalidated by receipt and separation, and it invalidates the choice of meeting such as poorness or change, or a shortness was found, then the one who shall take it has the right to choose and if he returns it will be null. This n old version including volume three. Some of its papers were missed and completed with a different font and paper. Its last papers have traces of wetness and moisture. On pg. 586, an important recommendation is placed in the margins for reading this part, saying: We started reading this version in this book on Tuesday on Uncle Abdullah bin Muhammad. We ask Allah for good work and success. Written by Abdullah Hassan bin Hussein, may Allah have mercy on them. Amen 1223 AH. It was in the hands of Zaid bin Mohammed Al-Sulaiman Mushtra, who uncle is Abdullah. Black ink was used in writing.
